Terms of use and service

Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using Harmovibes, operated by POINTSALON INC., the limits of the service, payments, responsibilities, and the relationship between patients, therapists and the platform.

Last updated: 16/05/2026
Harmovibes is not a therapist

The platform helps users clarify a request and prepare a connection. It does not replace therapy, diagnosis or medical advice.

Payments are clearly separated

Harmovibes fees are distinct from the therapist consultation price. The consultation fee is handled directly between the patient and the therapist.

Sensitive data

Using the service may involve personal or intimate information. The Privacy Policy explains how it is protected and what rights you have.

1. Acceptance of the terms

These Terms of Use and Service (the “Terms” / the “Agreement”) are an agreement between POINTSALON INC., a Texas corporation based in Bastrop, Texas, United States (“POINTSALON”, “Harmovibes”, the “Website”, “we”, “us”), and any individual, patient, therapist, professional user or visitor who visits, creates an account or uses Harmovibes.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, using Companion, the guided orientation, messaging, appointment requests or any other feature, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must stop using Harmovibes.

2. Description of the service

Harmovibes is a preparation, orientation and connection platform between people seeking support and listed therapists or professionals.

The service may include a guided conversation, preparation tools, Companion, private notes, exercises, an orientation dossier, therapist search, appointment requests, messaging and appointment-related services.

Harmovibes is a bridge to the right professional. Harmovibes is not the therapist.

3. No medical service and no emergency support

Harmovibes does not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions, psychotherapy, medical advice or emergency support.

Content generated by the platform or by artificial intelligence is intended to help clarify, rephrase or prepare a request. It never replaces the advice of a qualified professional.

In case of immediate danger, suicidal crisis, violence, acute distress or medical emergency, you must contact emergency services or an appropriate specialized organization in your country.

Do not rely on Harmovibes to handle an emergency or a situation that requires immediate intervention.

4. Accounts, accuracy and security

Some features require the creation of a patient or therapist account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and not to impersonate anyone else.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the use of your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us promptly.

Harmovibes may refuse, suspend or close an account in case of abusive, fraudulent or unsafe use, breach of these terms, or risk to the security of the service.

5. Role of patients and therapists

Patients use Harmovibes to better understand their request, prepare, find a professional and enter into contact with them.

Therapists remain solely responsible for their professional practice, qualifications, availability, consultation fees, own terms and the follow-up they provide.

Harmovibes facilitates the connection but does not guarantee that a therapist will accept a request, that an appointment will take place, or that any specific result will be achieved.

6. Anonymity before the first session and circumvention

Before the first session, Harmovibes may limit identity information visible between patient and therapist in order to protect confidentiality, safety and the platform’s business model.

You agree not to use Harmovibes to intentionally bypass the request, confirmation or payment system applicable to the platform.

Information required for the appointment or for direct consultation payment may be shared at the appropriate time.

7. Guided conversation, AI and orientation dossier

Some features may use artificial intelligence to help rephrase, summarize, translate, prepare a request, suggest exercises or improve orientation.

You understand that AI responses may be incomplete, approximate or unsuitable for certain situations. They are not a diagnosis, medical advice or therapy.

The orientation dossier, when offered, remains a preparation tool. It is shared with a therapist only if you choose to share it or as part of the relevant request.

8. User content

You remain responsible for the information, messages, notes, documents, answers, instructions or content you enter into Harmovibes.

You agree not to transmit illegal, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, misleading, fraudulent content or content that infringes third-party rights.

You grant Harmovibes a limited right to use your content only to provide the requested service: display in your space, preparation, orientation, messaging, dossier, security, support or legal obligations. Harmovibes does not claim ownership of your personal content.

9. Prohibited use

  • attempting to access another user’s account or data;
  • scraping, copying or crawling the website with robots, scripts or automated tools without authorization;
  • disrupting the technical operation of the platform;
  • using the service to harass, threaten, defraud or manipulate another person;
  • publishing or transmitting illegal or clearly dangerous content;
  • circumventing Harmovibes fees or anonymity rules before the first session.

10. Payments, prices and financial relationship

Some Harmovibes services may be paid. Applicable fees are shown before payment when a service is ordered.

Harmovibes fees may include orientation fees, Companion access, acquisition fees paid by therapists, Pro Notes or video access depending on the enabled features.

The therapist consultation price is separate from Harmovibes fees. Unless a specific feature states otherwise, Harmovibes does not collect the consultation price on behalf of the therapist. The patient pays the consultation directly to the therapist according to the therapist’s instructions.

Harmovibes payments may be processed by PayPal or another payment provider. The provider’s own terms may apply to the payment itself.

  • patient orientation fee: displayed before payment;
  • consultation price: set by the therapist and paid directly to the therapist;
  • therapist acquisition fee: due when the request is accepted according to the displayed rules;
  • video access fees or professional options: due only when the related service is activated.

11. Appointments, cancellation and no-show

Harmovibes facilitates appointment requests and confirmation, but the appointment itself is part of the relationship between the patient and the therapist.

Cancellations, delays, no-shows, rescheduling and refunds related to the consultation may depend on the therapist’s own rules, unless Harmovibes states otherwise.

Harmovibes may retain technical or accounting records necessary to prove a payment or resolve a dispute.

12. Withdrawal, refunds and credits

Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal or refund, Harmovibes applies it according to the rules in force.

Some digital services or services already started with your agreement may not be refundable under the conditions provided by law.

Depending on the situation, Harmovibes may offer a refund, a credit, a new payment link or a commercial solution, without this creating a general refund obligation outside the cases required by law or the displayed terms.

13. Intellectual property

The Harmovibes name, interfaces, texts, graphics, software, databases, logos, trademarks, page structures and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

You receive only a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Harmovibes in accordance with these terms.

Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction, copying, adaptation, resale or exploitation of the platform or its content is prohibited.

14. Privacy and personal data

Using Harmovibes involves the processing of personal data, sometimes sensitive data. These processing operations are described in the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms part of the contractual information applicable to the service. It explains purposes, security, hosting, providers, retention periods and your rights.

Read the Privacy Policy

15. Third-party services

Harmovibes may rely on third-party services for payments, email, video, hosting, security, translation or artificial intelligence.

These third-party services may have their own terms. Harmovibes is not responsible for interruptions, decisions or rules specific to those providers, unless applicable law states otherwise.

16. Availability and changes to the service

Harmovibes may evolve, add, modify, suspend or remove certain features. We try to maintain a stable service, but we do not guarantee permanent, error-free or uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance operations, technical incidents or third-party provider decisions may make certain features temporarily unavailable.

17. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Harmovibes cannot be held responsible for decisions made by a user based on preparatory information, automated responses or content provided by a third party.

Harmovibes does not guarantee therapist availability, the quality of a therapeutic relationship, any personal, emotional, relational or medical outcome, or the resolution of a particular situation.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights you may have as a consumer where applicable law does not allow such limitation.

18. Suspension and account closure

You may request account closure by contacting us. Some data may be deleted, anonymized or kept in restricted archive when required by law or when payment or dispute evidence is necessary.

Harmovibes may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these terms, safety risk, abuse, fraud, dangerous behavior or legal request.

19. Changes to the terms

Harmovibes may amend these terms to reflect changes in the service, law, payments, security or features.

The applicable version is the one published on the website on the date you use the service. In case of important changes, Harmovibes may inform users by an appropriate means.

20. Governing law and dispute resolution

Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, these terms are governed by French law where the service is operated for the French or European public.

Before taking formal action, the parties will try to find an amicable solution by contacting Harmovibes. Consumers keep the rights and remedies provided by applicable law.

21. Contact
